    Clean private beach with good access and comfort, clean water to swim and watch the fish when snorkeling right in the beach (did not need these superb pools offered by the hotel), excellent service, great meal, 5 min walk to the big shopping and dinning center, good security, very nice gardens with so many flowers and trees. Relaxing.

    Spa procedures are very expensive, but of very high quality.

    Stunning views, loved tranquil setting.

    The restaurant was very nice for breakfast, I tried appetising dishes. All the employees were professional and very efficient.

    Hotel was beautifully designed and great looking. The room was well-appointed with a nice view of the ponds and the overall experience was good. Its location near Nusa Dua Beach was particularly good and unbeatable. No reason to complain, the property met my needs.

    It was simply grand! They upgraded us to an ocean-view room. I had asked them to arrange a private dinner for our anniversary and they far exceeded our expectation. The service was simply wonderful throughout our stay. The private beach was amazing, peaceful and very relaxing.

    The aircon in the room was not that effective.

    Nothing special.

    I will not come back and stay in this hotel. The breakfast is poor unlike other 5 star hotel. This is the first time I experience awfull breakfast in a 5 star hotel. Recommend to upgrade the quality and varities.In addition, the hotel is too big and we have to walk quite a long distance to reach swimming pool and beach. Room is standard and not comfort.

    The territory is very big, green, clean, well maintained, the beach is also kept clean and doesn't look dirty even during law tide. Amongst the hotel on the same shore this hotel has the best beach.

    The spa is too expensive compare to seminyak and kuta spas.

    Great resort! But slightly underwhelming service

    The twin room with an ocean view offered fine vistas each morning. We were particularly impressed with the serene ambiance of the gardens that provided a perfect escape. The Balinese buffet dinner was a good experience, especially with the engaging live performance!

    Staff responsiveness could improve during peak dining hours.
